Polička - Cafe & Art school

The building stands on the corner plot in Polička. It has two floors with facades oriented to the north and west. On the ground floor of the building there is a cafe, technical facilities and the entrance to the vertical transportation core connecting the other floors, where is an art school, or spaces that can be rented out to artistic associations. On the 1st floor there is a dance and physical education classroom and an art classroom with a view into the attic. In the attic there is also a music room and an exhibition hall. The building is covered with a gable roof made of ceramic tiles.
