Apartment building by the wall

The site for the construction of an apartment building in Litoměřice is located in the historic part of the city, in Velká Dominikánská street. The plot is bounded from the south by a street line, from the north by a wall with towers and a passage to Na Valech street, and from the west and east by historical buildings. Today the place is overgrown with grass without any meaningful use, serving only as a passage to another street. The design concept is based on the shape of the land with the aim of making maximum use of the area. The house respects the street line and responds to the height level of the surrounding buildings. It has an irregular shape divided into 3 ground floors, two of which are residential.
