Student Housing, Litoměřice

Historically, Litoměřice has always been thriving due to its location. Even today we could say that this statement is true. Thanks to regular public transport it is fairly easy to get to Prague or Ústí nad Labem in an hour. This is one of the reasons that many students from Litoměřice and its immediate surrounding choose to not move to the city they decided to study in (often due to the amount of money that someone needs to do so), but rather travel to university every school day. My design is a Co-Housing proposal that would offer its tenants the privacy of on-suit single-bed rooms, as well as many common areas where students could meet and spend their free time, as well as study together.
