Říčany stati does not have a properly designed parking lot and cars park in areas all around Nádražní street. In a our urban planning solution, we are make new buldings around these areas and, following this, we decided to create a park house at the beginning of Nádražní street, before the entrance to the new district. The parking garage is designed as a half-story system for maximum efficiency. The entire volume of the house is placed on a slope to give the smallest possible impression. Thanks to the slope, it is also possible to use the roof of the parking garage, which is located at the same level as Nádražní Street. The entrance to the parking garage is from the street 17. November, two floors below.
