¡Viva la Orionka!

The theme of the project is the Orionka tram depot in Vinohrady, nowadays a run-down place that no longer serves its original function. One of the goals of the project is to create a multifunctional space that will serve both students and the general public. The proposal also deals with the renovation of the original villa, which was converted into student housing with an emphasis on social interaction and community life. An important point of the project is the restoration and use of valuable roof structures, which are connected with innovative architecture. The newly built "log" is a symbolic connection that emphasizes the harmonious relationship between tradition and modernity.
