BAKED HOUSING

The aim of the project was to verify the functionality of the newly created regulatory plan of the city of Jihlava in the area of Horní Kosov. The residential building has one underground and four above-ground floors, with the last one set back. The plot is located by the square in front of the school, therefore a bakery and a rentable space is proposed on the ground floor. From the second floor onwards, residential units of 1+kk, 3+kk and 5+kk are proposed on the top floor. Each apartment has its own loggia, balcony or terrace. The façade is divided into 3 material parts, brick cladding on the ground floor, plaster and wooden cladding on the set back.
