Apartment building U Orionky

The apartment building is located at the intersection of a block development meets a villa quarter. The symbolic boundary between these distinct worlds is formed by the area of the former Orionka tram deport, which culminates in a small square called U Orionky. It is precisely here that the apartment building stands. With its structure, it concludes the view from Korunní Street and separates the busy intersection from the newly emerged public space. To the east, it unfolds its arms in the form of terraces extending above the first floor, providing an uninterrupted view not only of the former tram depot.
