Riverside Residential Buildings

The project is a modern architectural concept located in Velké Poříčí, close to the Metuje River. Four residential buildings with organic shapes offer a harmonious fusion of aesthetics, functionality, and integration with nature. Buildings features ground-floor spaces such as a café, offices, a multifunctional hall, and storage units. The second and third floors house apartments designed with a focus on comfort and modern living. A defining feature of the project is the wooden detailing that wraps around the façades. These elements not only create an aesthetically appealing design but also serve a practical purpose as passive shading. The buildings represent a unique place to live, blending modern architectural trends with the surrounding nature.
