CZECH HOUSE TAIWAN

The subject of the diploma thesis is diplomatic and cultural representation of the state in foreign country.The cultural exchange and international cooperation is an important part of diplomatic relations. Not only embassy offices but also so called Czech centers are representing te Czech republic across the world. In Taiwan I design such cultural and diplomatic institution. Taiwan is a state which is being overlooked when it comes to willingness to act towards closer relations due to political reasons. In my design I am reflecting on existing cultural and diplomatic institutions and current geopolitical issues.
