"TERRITORIAL SYSTEM OF SOCIAL STABILITY" (TSSS) FOR MUNICIPALITIES IN THE LOSBATES ASSOCIATION

The diploma thesis follows the decision of the municipalities in the voluntary association (Louňovice, Svojetice, Štíhlice and Tehovec) to build a common primary school on the basis of an architectural competition already held. In the work, the new school is seen as a new community-used place, from which the necessary and adequate connection of these villages is derived, which will allow, in particular, safe pedestrian transport to the school, but also an overall comprehensive solution for safe and comfortable movement in the territory of the villages. The connectivity system creates a network of roads and public spaces linking these villages so that they can also be used to their full potential by their inhabitants for everyday recreation.
